2.1 In order to avail oneself of our services, you are required to complete the registration process on our website, providing accurate and comprehensive information as may be requested.
2.2 Upon successful registration, you shall be entitled to a complimentary 7-day trial period during which you may assess and utilize our services. Following the conclusion of the trial period, you may elect to subscribe to one of our premium packages.
2.3 By registering an account, you explicitly consent to the linkage of your social media accounts with our proprietary system. This facilitates our ability to undertake postings on your behalf and provide the envisaged social media marketing and management services.
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1 SMM Experts offers three distinct packages: Standard, Advanced, and Custom. Each package is accompanied by a delineation of its respective features and pricing structure, as conspicuously detailed on our website. For Custom Plan Pricing, you are directed to liaise with your dedicated Account Manager for personalized quotations.
3.2 Upon electing to upgrade your account from the complimentary trial to a paid package, your credit/debit card information shall be enrolled in an autopay arrangement. By availing yourself of our services, you explicitly authorize us to charge your designated card for the subscription fee on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected package.
3.3 It is hereby clarified that the pricing of our packages does not encompass the marketing budget requisite for paid campaigns. Customers are obligated to furnish us with their predetermined marketing budget during the onboarding session and to effectuate payment thereof in advance.
3.4 Customers shall be duly provided with an invoice via electronic mail prior to the commencement of each billing cycle, the recurrence of which shall be uniform on a monthly basis for those opting for our paid plans.
4. Account Manager
4.1 Each customer shall be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who shall serve as the primary point of contact for all queries and support requirements.
4.2 The contact particulars of the Account Manager, comprising telephone number, electronic mail address, live chat functionality, and scheduled meetings via Calendly, shall be conveniently accessible to customers via their personalized dashboard.
5. Recurring Payments
5.1 Recurring payments shall be automatically debited from the credit/debit card designated by the customer, unless and until such time as the customer elects to effect cancellation thereof.
5.2 Customers retain the prerogative to terminate their subscription at any juncture. It is hereby stipulated, however, that no refunds shall be forthcoming for any unused portion of the subscription. The provision of services shall persist until the conclusion of the ongoing billing cycle.
6. Onboarding Process
6.1 Throughout the onboarding process, customers shall be required to furnish certain particulars, inclusive of but not limited to, contact details, website address, and social media channel information, to the SMM Experts team.
6.2 The onboarding process assumes paramount importance in enabling us to gain insights into the unique requirements of each customer and to tailor our services accordingly.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content, whether created or furnished by SMM Experts, inclusive of, yet not confined to, graphics, textual content, images, and videos, shall constitute the proprietary intellectual property of SMM Experts. Any utilization or reproduction thereof without prior authorization is expressly prohibited.
7.2 It is hereby reiterated that any content proffered by the customer for incorporation into social media marketing campaigns shall remain the exclusive property of the customer.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 SMM Experts undertakes to maintain the strict confidentiality of all customer information and pledges not to disclose any sensitive information to third parties without the express consent of the customer.
8.2 Customers are individually responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of their account login credentials and bear full liability for any unauthorized access thereto.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.2 Under no circumstances shall the aggregate liability of SMM Experts exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the services rendered during the preceding period.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
11. Amendments
11.1 SMM Experts expressly reserves the right to effect amendments to these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any such alterations shall become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
